Terms and Conditions
Dispatch
Goods will normally be dispatched within of receipt of and cleared funds from the customer. On out of stock goods customers will be advised of delivery time.
Corporate Goods - the customer will be notified of dispatch times for all products.
Delivery
Will be by Royal Mail - first class or carrier unless otherwise stated.
Returns / Refunds
If you are not delighted with your purchase from The Useful Art Company contact me to arrange returning the goods for exchange or refund. Goods must be returned in there original condition, please state reason for return.
Damages
Damages must be reported with 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Privacy
Customer records including all contact details are private, confidential and secure. Your details will not be passed on to any third party.
Payment
By Card - through secure encrypted merchant account with PayPal U.K. (no PayPal account needed).
By Cheque - will be acknowledged on receipt, goods will not be dispatched until clearance confirmed.
Minimum order value for carriage paid £200.00 (U.K. only). Charges for the Islands and Europe on application.
