The
Useful Art Company terms and conditions are very flexible and designed to suit
the Company and the client to develop a successful business relationship.
All copyright, licensing
rights and intellectual property rights remain with the artist.
Images are selected for use by
the artist with agreement from the Useful Art Company.
Images can be added to or
changed or deleted by the artist as and when requested.
Images can be removed by the
Useful Art Company with 48 hours notice or by mutual agreement with the artist.
All images selected will be
added to the Useful Art Company Gallery page under the artists name and will be
available to print onto any of the products in the Useful Art Company product
range.
Samples of products printed
with the artists work will be taken to National trade shows to promote and sell
to other outlets (see website / retail outlets) for the businesses that we are
supplying to date.
Products are also sold through
the Useful Art Company web site both retail direct sales and to trade outlets.
The Artist will be paid 10%
commission on all products sold printed with his/her artwork. (Commission is
paid on the sale price of the products).
Commission is paid at the end
of each month following the sale of goods or by mutual agreement with the
artist.
The artist can purchase
products at trade price for resale at his/her outlet or at events attended. For
your trade password to access the trade area of the web site please e-mail a
request to info@theusefulartcompany.co.uk
The Useful Art Company will
work with an artist to print images specifically for them or for selected
outlets that represent or promote that artists work. This work will not be
placed on the web site or represented at Useful Art Company trade or direct
selling events unless agreed by the artist. Commission rate to the artist is
10% on all products sold at the sale price.
The Useful Art Company will
not sell your images to an outlet in direct competition with any outlets
already selling your work without your agreement.
